Shipping Policy

 

1. Order Processing Time

  All orders are custom handmade, and production time is typically 5-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, we will start production and ship within 1-3 business days after completion.

During peak seasons or in case of unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or shipping delays), processing time may be extended. We will notify you via email if any delays occur.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer worldwide shipping using reliable international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or EMS. Estimated delivery times are as follows (excluding production time):

Please Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, import regulations, and local logistics conditions.

 

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 Standard Shipping

Free standard shipping for orders over $300.

For orders under $300, shipping costs will be calculated based on destination and order weight at checkout.

3.2 Express Shipping

If you need express shipping, please select the express option during checkout. The express shipping fee will be calculated based on destination and order weight.

 

4.  Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or other fees, which are determined by local customs and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We do not modify invoice values or mark orders as “gifts.” Please ensure you understand your country’s customs policies.

If a package is returned due to unpaid duties or failure to clear customs, no refund will be provided. However, reshipment can be arranged (additional shipping fees apply).

 

5. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier’s official website.

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update. Please be patient.

If your tracking status has not been updated for an extended period, please contact us for assistance.

 

6. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

6.1 Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by force majeure (such as weather, customs inspections, pandemics, or strikes), but we will work with the carrier to resolve any issues.


6.2 Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us within 10 days after tracking status shows an issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the problem.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer a free replacement or refund (for standard shipping orders).

If the package is lost due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we are not responsible. However, reshipment can be arranged (additional fees apply).


7. Address Changes & Order Cancellation

If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours. Changes may not be possible after this period.

Once an order enters the production or shipping stage, it cannot be canceled or modified.
