Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing our Real Person Q Version Custom Woodcarving & Pet Q Version Custom Woodcarving products. Since all our products are hand-made and each piece is customized, our return and refund policy is different from that of standard products. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order to ensure your rights.
1. Return Policy:
1.1 Return Eligibility:
· The product was seriously damaged during transportation (clear photo proof is required)
· The product received is seriously inconsistent with the customized requirements (such as completely wrong character features, not made according to the order requirements)
· The wrong product was received (such as a pet statue was ordered, but a real person statue was received)
1.2 Non-Returnable Items:
• Custom-made products cannot be returned due to change of mind.
• Items that are used, damaged, or missing accessories.
• Orders that have entered the production & carving process are non-refundable.
• Items that are incorrect due to customer-provided errors (e.g., unclear images, incorrect specifications).
1.3 Return Process:
1️⃣ Contact our customer service via Email: support@[yourshop].com with your order number, issue description, and photos.
2️⃣ We will review your request within 3 business days and provide a return address if applicable.
3️⃣ Ship the item back within 7 days and provide the tracking number. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to a defect.
4️⃣ Once received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Processing:
✔ Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
✔ Full refunds will be issued for wrong or defective items.
✔ Refunds include original shipping fees if the return is due to a quality issue.
2.2 Refund Method:
• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex): 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days
• Other payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay): 5-10 business days
2.3 Special Cases
⚠ If the order has not started production, customers can request a full refund.
⚠ If the order has entered the production & carving process, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
⚠ If the item is lost in transit, customers can request a full refund or a remake.
⚠ If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refund will be issued.
