• Select products and submit customization details (such as photos, engravings, etc.).
• Please carefully review all information before placing an order. Orders cannot be changed after submission.
• Once payment is completed, we will begin production. The production time is approximately 5-15 business days, depending on order quantity and complexity.
3.2 Payment Methods
• We accept multiple payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.
• Payments must be completed at the time of order submission. Unpaid orders will not be processed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Shipping Methods
• We offer worldwide shipping using DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other reliable international couriers.
• Once the order is completed, we will arrange shipment within 1-3 business days and provide tracking information.

• Once an order enters the production process, it cannot be canceled or refunded except in special cases.
• If an issue arises due to our error (such as incorrect engraving or damage), we will provide a full refund or replacement.

• All product designs, images, texts, and brand logos belong to Eternowood Art and may not be used, copied, or sold without permission.
• Any intellectual property infringement will be pursued under applicable laws.
7. Disclaimer
• We are not responsible for order delays or losses caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters or shipping delays).
• Since all products are handmade, slight variations may occur. These are not considered quality issues.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
• These Terms apply to all international customers and are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
• In case of disputes, both parties should attempt to resolve them amicably. If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.
